The painting is on a stretched canvas, painted round the sides, with string on the back, so it is ready to hang as it is or can be framed if you prefer.
This was inspired by a photograph taken by my friend
Collette Knibb (see her photos on instagram) who kindly gave me her permission to use her photograph as a reference.
She has captured the swans and the cathedral, both well known features of Worcester. The lighting is dramatic, at sunrise and the early morning mist makes the scene even more atmospheric.
